Who looks after your data

What we collect and why

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Messages are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised staff and service providers. We use Resend to email your enquiry to our team and to send order confirmations and shop order notifications. See Resend’s privacy policy.

When you save an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, order specifications, uploaded artwork and any billing details or notes you provide. We use these to handle your request, prepare your order and contact you about it. Required contact fields are needed to handle an order.

We process order information to take steps at your request and fulfil orders. We keep records where legally required, and use technical request information to protect the shop against abuse, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

Artwork & service providers

Your original artwork is stored privately so we can check and produce your order. It is not published in a public gallery. Authorised staff and service providers may access information needed to operate the shop.

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores order details and artwork. Our order database and artwork storage are configured in the EU. These providers may process service data in other countries under their data protection arrangements. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Supabase’s privacy policy.

Online payment is not active yet. When enabled, payment details will be entered on Viva’s hosted checkout, rather than stored by TAGZ. We will retain the payment reference and status needed to manage the order.

Cookies & retention

We use a necessary order-access cookie, lasting up to seven days, to let your browser access its saved order securely. Your cart, contact details and selected files are also saved on your device to recover checkout after a refresh in the same tab. These local drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared on a later visit, or when the order is confirmed. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them. This does not subscribe you to marketing.

We retain order information and artwork for as long as needed to handle the order, resolve questions or disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you would like your artwork or order information removed; legal record-keeping requirements may limit what we can delete.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visitor sources, approximate locations, devices, shopping stages and engagement time. We do not send your contact details, artwork or filenames to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. You can reject analytics and still shop, or change your choice using Cookie settings. Your choice is remembered for six months; analytics cookies last up to six months. Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. We do not use your order data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
