Who you’re ordering from

TAGZ is by Kemanes Print Shop, Dimofontos 7, Nicosia, Cyprus. For questions about an order, email kemanes@cytanet.com.cy. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.

Prices & payment

All displayed prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free for everyone. Items marked “To confirm” need a confirmed quote before payment.

Online payments are not available yet. Please contact us to place your order.

Your design

Each item is printed with your uploaded design, selected size, quantity and finish. Please check your selections and make sure you have permission to use the artwork. We check files before printing and contact you if anything needs clarification.

Collection & delivery

Collect from Kemanes Print Shop when we tell you your order is ready. We aim for next working day dispatch or readiness for collection once payment and print-ready artwork are confirmed. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

BOX NOW delivery is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred locker or area before dispatch. You can also choose in-store pickup.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel before printing starts and receive a full refund. Email kemanes@cytanet.com.cy with your order reference as soon as possible so we can stop the job and confirm the cancellation.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider’s processing time may affect when the money appears in your account.

Once printing has started, contact us to discuss your order. Your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or do not match your order are not affected by this cancellation policy. Please contact us with your reference and details of the problem so we can resolve it.
